-Adding the yolk is ok if you are maintaining a healthy weight

-Capers add a lot of flavor without fat/calories, just watch salt content

-Faster than making a healthy tuna salad, all you have to do is open a can of tuna

-Negative: Check the salad dressing you are using, make sure if doesn’t include hydrogenated oils, added sugars, etc.  Maybe use homemade?
